Of course! But due to my schedule, I cannot answer skin care questions in emails, or on social media. Please use this website, my YouTube channel, and Instagram for tons of info. If you want more of my time or personalized advice, learn how you can work with me directly here.
Skin is skin, and all skin deserves amazing skincare. I work with people with skin conditions like rosacea, melasma, dermatitis, and folliculitis as well. Skin conditions develop over time, so I work with people with “normal” skin to prevent skin conditions, since prevention is easier than reversal.
I would start by signing up for 28 Days Of Clear Skin (my email series), and then perusing this website because there’s tons of amazing information that will likely contradict a lot of what you’ve learned about skin health. Getting informed is step 1.
I also recommend you follow me on Instagram where I share insights daily in the stories. Watch the story highlights! 🙂
I offer one-on-one consultations called Routine Review®, and a brand new course called Skin Queen™ that is now live and enrolls new students regularly! Click here for more information.
No, I am not a doctor. The content shared on this website is shared for informational purposes only, and is not intended as medical advice. Dermatologists help with serious skin issues, diseases, and even cancer.
I specialize in helping you maintain skin health through skin care — my content and my services are usually the last stop on your journey to clear skin when you’re ready to do your part for clear skin.
You don’t have to — my approach is “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink”!
My clients and audience usually find my work after they have “tried everything and nothing worked“, which includes working with multiple dermatologists, “acne coaches”, naturopaths, nutritionists, and aestheticians, and trying pills, diets, and expensive treatments…which is probably why they become open to hearing an approach that aims to directly support & protect their skin.
No, I do not tell people what to eat. Here is my latest informed opinion on the diet and acne connection.
Yes, I work with all people! 🙂
You can learn about the course here. You’ll also be able to apply for enrollment — once your application has been accepted you will be added to the Skin Queen waitlist, and we will notify you when we’re enrolling new students via email! Please don’t write to us asking how long the application process will take — it varies.
Some of my Lives are on Instagram under the video/reel tabs on my profile. My newest lives live in the Clearheaded Community. To be notified when I go live, make sure you follow me and turn on notifications on my profile (add to favorites by clicking on “following”).
My services are all virtual for the time being. I work with people from all around the world (North America, Europe, Asia, Australia) via video chat during Routine Reviews. If you have access to the internet, then we can work together!
I hate watching misinformation create preventable and unnecessary suffering, where healthy individuals convince themselves that there’s something wrong with them, take unnecessary pills, go on unnecessary diets, and overpay for unnecessary treatments. I want to empower you to become independent of marketing myths, trends, influencer recommendations, and all-out mindf*ckery so that you can take your clear skin back.
But mainly, my why is for my 13yo self who was made to think that there was something wrong with her when she simply hadn’t perfected the skill of skincare yet.
