Hi, I’m Olena!
I’m a skin health coach for women with acne.
But I’m not your average skin health coach…Because I know acne inside out and won’t allow you to put a drop of honey or oil on your skin or tell you to go on a cleanse or that you need to heal your throat chakra.
A No Nonsense Approach
I have a zero tolerance policy for nonsense, myths, and overcomplicating simple stuff.
I had acne, and NOBODY was able to help me. No doctor, dermatologist, aesthethician, blogger, coach, parent, nor friend could help me get clear skin.
In fact their advice further delayed my progress!
You can imagine my frustration and disappointment.
So I made it my business to learn everything I could about acne so that nobody could ever mislead me again, and so that I could have TOTAL control over my fate.If nobody was going to help me, then I would become the one who could help everybody! 🙂
I don’t just know what skincare works and what doesn’t and why, or what foods help your body and which don’t and why, I also care deeply about your relationship with YOURSELF which for many is the missing piece.
I’m good at what I do. I’ve helped every single person who has watched any of my videos, read any of my articles, or has worked with me privately to improve their skin and even completely CURE their cystic acne for the first time in their lives.
I have a decade worth of skin health knowledge in this big brain — knowledge that is begging to be shared!
My clear skin and the clear skin of my clients is because of my commitment to research. If I don’t know something, you best believe I will find the answer.
I am an avid reader and self-educator ever since I was assigned my very first book report in grade 3.
Later I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Sociology, and double minors in Psychology and Russian from Canada’s premier university (aka The Harvard of The North).
I believe deeply in learning and self-development and sharing my knowledge and expertise.
I’m on a mission to educate women on #selfcare and #selflove so that they can treat themselves like Goddesses and love the skin they’re in…
