I see people ruining their skin with one step: cleansing.
If your skin feels tight, dry, tingles, burns, gets red after cleansing then you might have a terrible cleanser.
Cleansing is the first step in your skin care routine that sets up the rest of your routine. It’s also the most damaging step in skincare, especially with a terribly formulated cleanser.
Some cleansers strip the skin while others leave a film on it that leads to clogging. In either case your skin rebels over time.
Most people who start their skin care journeys choose cleansers based on marketing rather than formulations. They trust the label when it says balancing, hydrating, gentle so navigating the drugstore isles or online stores can be quite tricky.
I filmed a video where I discuss how to choose a gentle cleanser, and give you two examples of great starter cleansers that are low ph, fragrance-free, and even soap-free! I also show you how to use them properly so that you don’t run into common issues like clogging.
This video is about the best cleansers for sensitive skin. If you have very sensitive skin, rosacea, acne, eczema then this video is for you!
I want you to be able to start off your skin care journey well, with well-formulated products that do what they say they’re going to do. Because your skin deserves the best! 🙂
Let me know what you think!
Love,
Olena
